Mockupnest License Agreement

Thank you for choosing MockupNest. This license explains how you may use our Free Mockups, Premium Mockups, and Extended Commercial Licenses. We've written this in simple language so you always understand what is allowed.

1. What This License Covers

This agreement applies to all digital assets downloaded from MockupNest, including:

• Free Mockups
• Premium Mockups
• Assets downloaded under a Premium Subscription
• PSD files, renders, and related design elements

You receive a license to use the files—not ownership of the files themselves. All content remains the intellectual property of MockupNest.

2. Free Mockups (Personal Use Only)

Free Mockups downloaded without a premium subscription are licensed for personal and non-commercial use only.

You CAN use Free Mockups for:

• Personal projects
• Student or educational work
• Portfolio or concept designs
• Personal social media posts
• Practice or experimentation

You CANNOT use Free Mockups for:

• Commercial or client work
• Advertising, promotions, or business branding
• Selling or monetizing designs that include the mockup
• Uploading or redistributing the PSD or files
• Hosting the files on any website or free-download platform
• Claiming ownership of the mockups

3. Premium Mockups (Commercial Use Included)

Premium Mockups and Free Mockups downloaded under a Premium subscription include a standard commercial use license.

You CAN use Premium Mockups for:

• Client projects
• Branding, marketing, and advertising
• Website, app, and UX/UI design
• Print and digital campaigns
• Product showcases and ecommerce displays
• Commercial presentations and proposals
• Unlimited personal and client work

You CANNOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the raw files
• Give the PSD or source files to others
• Include the mockup in templates where users can access the source
• Upload the files to any external website or marketplace
• Use the files to create competing mockups
• Train AI models using MockupNest content
• Share your subscription login with any other person

4. Extended Commercial License

The Extended Commercial License is for businesses, agencies, and high-volume creators who need broader rights than the standard commercial license.

Extended Commercial License Includes:

• Rights for unlimited commercial projects
• Rights for unlimited print or digital copies
• Rights for paid advertising campaigns of any scale
• Rights for large enterprises or agency-wide usage
• Rights to use mockups inside paid templates, where the PSD is NOT provided to the buyer
• Rights to redistribute the mockup inside non-editable end products
• Rights for usage in TV, streaming, billboards, magazines, or high-reach media

Extended Commercial License Does NOT Allow:

• Reselling the mockup or PSD
• Sharing or redistributing the raw files
• Including the PSD in editable downloadable template packs
• Repackaging the mockup into another mockup product
• Using the files for AI dataset training

We typically respond within 24–48 hours with a tailored quote.

5. Clear Examples

Allowed under Standard Commercial License (Premium)

• A design agency uses a mockup to present a logo to a client
• A brand uses mockups for Instagram ads
• A freelancer uses a mockup for a client's packaging design pitch
• A Shopify store uses mockups to show product previews

Allowed ONLY with Extended Commercial License

• Using mockups in large paid ad campaigns (TV, billboards, magazines)
• Using mockups inside templates sold on marketplaces (as long as PSD is not distributed)
• Using mockups across a large corporation with unlimited team members
• Using mockups in commercial products sold at scale

Not Allowed in Any Case

• Sharing or distributing the raw mockup files
• Uploading mockups to other websites or "free resource" platforms
• Claiming the mockups as your own design
• Selling mockups or derivative mockups
• Giving the PSD to someone else without a license

6. Attribution

Attribution is not required, but always appreciated. If sharing our assets online, please link to the original MockupNest product page.

7. Termination of License

Your license ends immediately if:

• You break any terms
• You share or redistribute the raw files
• Your Premium subscription ends (you cannot download new files or use premium-only content for new projects after expiration)

Existing completed projects remain licensed.

8. Digital Product Returns

MockupNest assets are digital goods. Once accessed, they cannot be returned. Refunds follow our Refund Policy: https://mockupnest.com/refund-policy
