At MockupNest, we aim to provide designers and creative professionals with high-quality digital mockups and resources. Because our products are delivered digitally and include instant access with unlimited downloads, our refund practices differ from those of physical goods.

This policy explains when refunds are available, how to request one, and the conditions under which refunds are not issued. Our goal is to be transparent, fair, and supportive while also protecting MockupNest from refund abuse.

1. Nature of Digital Products

All products sold on MockupNest are digital files delivered immediately after purchase. Once a customer gains access to their account and the file library—whether by download or by visiting the download page—the product is considered delivered and consumed.

Important: For this reason, refunds are generally not available for digital products once access has been granted.

2. When Refunds Are Eligible

MockupNest will provide a full refund under the following conditions:

2.1 Verified Technical Issues

A refund may be issued if:

  • The file is corrupted, missing, or incomplete
  • There is a technical problem that prevents you from accessing or using the purchased digital content
  • The technical issue is reported within 14 days of purchase

Before issuing a refund, we will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing a corrected file or replacement download link.

2.2 Duplicate Purchases

If the same product or subscription is purchased more than once by mistake, we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge after verification.

2.3 Fraud or Unauthorized Payment

If evidence shows that a transaction was made without your authorization, we will work with our payment provider (Paddle) to resolve the issue promptly.

3. When Refunds Are Not Available

To protect our digital library, which offers unlimited downloads, refunds are not issued in the following circumstances:

3.1 Access Already Granted

Refunds are not available once you have:

  • Logged into your MockupNest account after purchase
  • Accessed the download library
  • Downloaded any files

This includes cases where the customer has:

  • Changed their mind
  • Misunderstood the product
  • No longer needs the product
  • Purchased by mistake

3.2 Subscription Renewals

Subscription fees are recurring. If you do not cancel your subscription before the renewal date, the renewal charge is final.

  • Refunds are not issued for subscription renewals that were not canceled in advance
  • Canceling prevents future charges but does not refund past ones

3.3 Incorrect Expectations

Refunds are not issued for:

  • Preference changes
  • Expecting features not described in the product listing
  • Misunderstanding the type of digital file provided

All product descriptions and previews accurately represent what is included.

3.4 Requests After 14 Days

Technical-error refund requests submitted after the 14-day refund window are not eligible.

4. Preventing Refund Abuse

As MockupNest provides unlimited downloads, we maintain strict measures to prevent misuse, including:

  • Logging download history
  • Monitoring excessive or suspicious activity
  • Verifying technical-error claims
  • Denying refunds when access or download activity confirms product usage

We reserve the right to decline refund requests if abuse is detected or if the request does not align with this policy.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a valid reason (such as a verified technical issue or duplicate purchase), email us at:

  • Order number
  • Email used for purchase
  • Description of the issue
  • Screenshots, error messages, or file samples (if applicable)

We typically respond within 24–48 hours.

6. How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are processed via our payment provider, Paddle. All refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

Processing times vary depending on your bank or payment provider (usually 3–10 business days).

By purchasing from MockupNest, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy. It is your responsibility to read and understand this policy before completing a purchase or subscription.
